I bought William from the Shetland Isles as a foal, he measured 41.5” last time I measured him. He’s well put together and will make a lovely riding pony and will do well in the show ring. We did a few agricultural shows last year and always came home with prize. Unfortunately due to time we haven’t been this year. He is long reining nicely and understands his commands. We have just started going down some stubble fields which he enjoys. He is good for the farrier, up to date with his vaccinations and loves being groomed and messed with. He currently lives out but is happy to be stabled. I don’t feel I can give him the time he deserves and he will not progress much further with me as I have no small people, I will be sad to see him go as he is much loved but the time has come to make the decision.

Has been out with Bloodhounds. Loves to jump and is very bold. Never one that needs lunging before ridden, no plugs or calmers. Hacks alone or in company and never gets strong or silly and will be led from another horse. He’s the perfect all round child’s pony. Will stand all day to be groomed, kissed and cuddled. My 3yo daughter does everything with him at home, climbs all over him, leap frogs onto him over his bum, picks feet out, baths, loads in the trailer etc. Up to date with teeth & vaccinations.
